Surprised I even saw a loss as I started loading creatine Wednesday not really sure how much water it makes me retain as i have never used it before but being a big boy I had assumed I would instantly gain 10 pounds but I guess its not done loading up yet either so hard to speculate what my actual change is for these last 2 weeks is but I'm glad the scale went down this week. Not sure if I'll make my 100 pounds overall goal by the end of the year or not but I am as always moving in the right direction and I did average about 3.5 miles a day walking this week which is pretty good for me.

Awful week this time, lost 0.5kg but i think its just water weight.
Come down with a terrible cold which quickly developed into a chest infection, haven't been to the gym since Tuesday and have been eating maintainance to try and recover swiftly. Bleh might stop me getting to my goal for this period but getting through this chest infection is my focus right now.

Down .8 lbs this week. Felt strong in the gym Sunday and Tuesday, but really weak last night (probably the cut in carbs). Also, I feel bloated no matter what I eat lately.

After a less than stellar week last week I saw a nice drop this week, pretty confident that I will hit my goal or at least get pretty darn close. This is the first time cutting that I didn't drop my carbs super low and was still able to maintain a decent drop.

Skipping the gym today as I'm still recovering from my chest infection, every damn thing is making me cough my guts up. Looking forward to hitting the gym hard as soon as I'm recovered.

Well done to everyone on their journey so far, and congratulations to those that have reached their goal!
0.7 kg / 1.5 lb scale weight loss for me this week, I've come up slightly short of my goal but nevertheless I'm really happy with my progress. Deload week this week and then I'll be transitioning into a maintenance phase for the remainder of the year, it'll be nice being able to be a more flexible with my nutrition and, although my energy has been good throughout this cut, hopefully can push harder in my workouts.
Average marcos for last week:

15k steps per day
1,200 calories from cardio per week

Its the final weigh in!! Congratulations to everyone who stuck through it. I have no change this week, but I am holding a LOT of water the last few days. While I didn't come close to my scale number goal, my clothes are telling a different story and I am happy.
I'll be in for the next thread and will be working on more intensity and focus in the gym (really been lacking that), water intake, and more sleep (tired of waking up tired).

So i gained 2 pounds but I think I did burn fat this week it was a good week for me moving wise i know i burned more calories than normal do as I averaged 5 miles a day walking on top of my workouts and my calories were about the same as normal. I have never loaded creatine before so I don't know how much water it makes me hold I did 8 days of 20 grams and today starts 5g a day so i should be fully loaded and while the scale went up 2 pounds I think some fat was lost. So while it only looks like a chomped off 5.5 pounds in the last 8 weeks i think in reality it was more like 10 with more lost on the back end than the front. Side note I was able to bench more reps and hit a new max 20 pounds higher this Wednesday so it does look like the creatine is working already. Time to really buckle down for November so i can hit my year goals before xmas and enjoy the holidays! Great job all.

Lost 0.9kg / 2lbs this week.
Broke past 80kg finally. Now need to think what my next steps will be. I should get getting down to 75kg. But need to see if I will have the motivation to do cutting for another two months.
Congratulations to everyone for sticking through for two months!!

Congrats everyone on your hard work! Threads like these are a great source of inspirations and knowledge and I look forward to the next one!! Since I joined this thread, I lost 24lbs. and reached my goal and alternate goal for this thread's weight loss. This weeks loss was 3lbs. Ate pizza and cheesecake for the first time in Months last Saturday night... Fasted the next day. Hit the gym only twice however I did ALOT more yard work / Winter prep around the homestead. Wednesday night, went over to my neighbors house and cooked a mean Venison dinner. He shot a moose last weekend and I got my buck during crossbow season here in QC on opener day in late sept.. It was good and healthy eats but I did carb load on potatoes and carrots. I fasted on Thursday. May treat myself this weekend, who knows!! I'm out hunting again Sunday so lots of walking!
I'm down 73lbs since July 16th. I feel great! However I've got more work to do to reach my goal of 185lbs. The hardest is yet to come for this next 30lbs. I suspect it will take me a bit longer as I don't expect to lose more than 10lbs per month. Which is fine by me!!

Had a new low weigh in today that dropped my weekly average down to 208.1 so I’m going to call that a victory even though I came up a hair short. But the overall goal was achieved and I’m happy with that. Congrats to everyone on their hard work, and to those who fell short don’t let it discourage you, keep on going!
