Can i bulk from 167.5 lbs now to 200 lbs in the next 12 months and make half of the gains muscle.
I have a skinny fat body, not a lot of experience in training but I did hit the gym 9 months ago and am still going,
it's just my diet was probably ****, i got from 22 % bf to 17,4 % and from 155 lbs to 167,5 lbs in weight.
i plan to clean bulk 500 calories over bodybuilding bmr and eat 200 g of protein.
