After my postworkout shake consisting of carbs and protein...how long should I wait to eat my normal ketogenic meals, meaning fats and protein due to the insulin response from the post workout shake...does this make sense? Fitnessman, Chi ?
Wouldnt i want to wait a little bit before i resume my high fat/protein diet so that the insulin doesnt carry any fats?
