    I'd be a good candidate because I like doing cardio when aided by the right performance boosting ingredients. Would show how it helps with HIIT and have never taken this high of a Shilajit dose, so very curious.

    Interesting... I like this, I am training for a military physical training test, and have been working on my run times. I think this would be great addition to my 2 a day routine!

    So, I've been using Orange Beat for the past week. Some things I have noticed thus far;

    1. I do 2 mile runs on my in between days from weight training, and despite the hot summer temps & humidity, I'm consistently having some of my best run times. At 48 years old, I'm hitting times that I did 7-8 years ago.

    2. Do you ever have the dreaded 2 pm, midday blood sugar crash? I get it somewhat often, but since adding this product, I have not. In fact, I'm feeling consistent energy throughout the day, even through very long, arduous work days.

    3. Circulation seems improved. Without going into direct details (this is a family website.)

    ill throw my hat in the ring on this one!

    Ive been doing a lot more HIIT in preparation for a cruise coming up in November, so id love to give this a run. Ive also turned carnivore, and will be getting blood work done, so i would be curious to see before and after.
