Here is what I don't like about the debates. They put Warren and Sanders front and center, for sure Biden and Harris will be tonight. Then after ANYONE gets to speak, they immediately go to Warren or Sanders for comment or rebuttal which enables them to pick someone apart or co-opt someone else's good idea/statement. It happened to Mayor Pete numerous times. He makes a great point, then they go to Bernie to say "excellent point, furthermore...." and he gets to talk about it until in the end you forget that it was Pete that made the statement, not Bernie.

There is no equality there.

At least they're being more honest about the fact that the DNC chooses the nominee and not the voters.

If you took my post to say that I agree with reparations I don't.

To answer your question more well off people that receive them will likely invest or make some meaningful purchase such as then down payment on a new car or a new porch on their home. A vast majority of people regardless of skin color that are just handed 10k though? It'll be gone in the first week on frivolous things. It's no different than these people getting large multi thousand dollar tax returns. They'll blow it all and then 2 weeks later complain about not being able to afford new tires for their cars.
