Generally, I feel like women can tolerate their boyfriends/husbands having high body counts better. Or at least a lot better then men who date/marry women with a high body count.

Or maybe I’ve misc too much and the reality is that it is even between the sexes.

Is there some sort physiological reasoning behind this?

Are girls more accepting of high body counts than males?

As a male I would definitely be bothered if my SO had a HIGH body count at the same age of 24. Why? Well not because she's having more sex than me. No. As I said before: Most average women have easier access to sex. It takes less effort for them to get it, so while sex in itself is fine; A high body count with a majority of them being randoms would make me question a woman's ability to control her impulses.

The way I see it is that things are this way due to the change in the behavior of men over time. There was a time when men could whore around on their wives and they had to deal with it. Men could shame women for being "whores" and have them killed. Men had a measure of control over how women could distribute sex. Now the tables have turned. Times of peace have made weaker men. Desperate men put women on a pedestal, and women KNOW this. They would be fools not take advantage of it.

-The state of dating.

-Values of sex.

-The behavior of women "slooting".

Men played a part in making this happen. It can only change if men started upholding a standard for themselves. Just imagine if dudes would just swipe more conservatively on Tinder? Guess WHAT?

Women definitely. It is instinctual.

Although women may dislike the high count, they usually find more of a psychological thrill. Women tend to have feelings of taming a high valued (sexual value) man, or being a high valued man's target.

The 80/20 rule applies. There are exceptions, obviously, but typically it holds true.

This is exactly why I have an issue with guys and girls with high counts. Anyone with a high count has had sex with a lot of undesirable people.
