13 week natty transformation

This is probably the fastest you can gain natty, so pepper your angus.

Starting lifts:
Deadlift 30kg for 5 (hard srs)
Bench 30kg for 5 (felt like 90kg)
Squat 20kg for 5 (was sore for days)

Lifts 13 weeks later:
Deadlift: idk, but can RDl 160kg for 6 reps
Bench: 110kg for 5 (that's like 240lbs or something
Squat: Can do 3 plate for 8 reps


Before the bulk (71kg/156lbs soaking wet)



After 12 weeks of bulking (88kg)

After 13 weeks (on right, around 90kg/200lbs):

With that logic you don't gain muscle either because it just becomes an enlarged fibre. Muscle mass isn't just defined by the number of myocytes, it's the amount of myofibrillar mass in them & also the size of the sarcoplasm

Yeah pretty much, but I wouldn't call it unlucky. You can make experiences like this positive even though it was a 'setback' at first.
