    3 sets of flat bench
    2 sets of incline bench
    2 sets of dips
    2 sets of close grip bench
    1 set of decline(failure)
    3 sets of up right rows

    Shoulder press is a must for the shoulders. Seems like your doing a load of excercises...how logn is that split taking you?

    If you are pressed for time, i would suggest the following routine to maximize muscle growth:

    Chest - Bench Press, Incline Press

    Shoulders: Front Barbell Press, Side Raises

    Triceps: Close grip bench press, tricep pushdown

    -BB bench
    -db incline
    -weighted dips
    -lateral raises
    -skull crushers
    5'11 @ 220lbs.

    bump to a-rod and musmar for me i would do:
    db/bb flat bench
    db/bb incline press
    lf dips
    clean and press
    side laterals/cuban rotation
    skullcrushers/close grip bech
    peace
    j
