OMG! I just found this discussion thread and I had to create an account to post what I went through. I actually met this guy through OkCupid. His profile might still be up. He is really nuts! We were supposed to take me to a Yankee game and then at the last minute he told me he had some money problems and wanted to just take me to some crappy local bar. Then he told me he has Diabetes and can't drink. He was really creepy. He not only lied about his height but I think he lied about his age. I am 25. He told me he was 45. I know! I know! I am into older guys! It felt like he was going to put something in my drink. You should see all the selfies he sent me to my phone. Can I post them here?

OMG! No way! Listen... All I did was tell him that he shouldn't lie about his height just to get dates. I told him that not every women is all about height and all that. I'm 5'4" myself. I don't mind being with a shorter guy. I just told him to list his real height because it's borderline catfishing if you don't and you are going to get a lot of women who will be angry with you for lying! He then went on a rant and told me something like "If I didn't lie about my f'ing age then you wouldn't be here right now! A girl like you wouldn't give me the time of day if I listed my real height on there!" Also I believe the pics he sent me were like 5 years old or so. He had decent muscles in that Star Wars shirt but when I met him he had a big gut. The other thing that annoyed me was he kept begging me to smoke weed with him and I told him I don't smoke. He kept saying creepy stuff like "All the young girls smoke these days! Don't be such a damn weirdo!" He kept sending me pics of him smoking joints like I was going to change my mind later. Like Wtf?!

How tall did he say he was online? I can get 5'8 guys frauding to 5'10 or 5'10 to 6'0, but what do you think is going to happen when you lie and show up at 4'11??
