Nobody should be getting arrested over personal amounts of drugs in the first place, and it’s completely up to a cops discretion to arrest someone for a personal amount of drugs, so when a cop wants to be a dumbass and put everyone’s life at risk to stop a person from possessing a small amount of drugs, he is an idiot. It's highly probable that a lot more might be going on than a little MJ for personal use if they're willing to flee from the cops over it.
