Magnum Pre Fo - Blue Shark Candy

Shoutout to the team at Magnum for hooking me up with a 50serving container of Blue Shark Candy Pre Fo.

Mixability
The picture is 2 scoops in 16oz of water and it mixed up perfectly with about 10 seconds of shaking and some swirls. No loose particles at the bottom at all.

Taste
They nailed the flavor with this one. It tastes exactly like I remember the candy tasting from back in the day. I put some powder on my finger and tried just a little like that and it was perfect. The directions recommend 8oz of water per scoop, but I definitely found it better with 6oz of water. Really tastes more candy like.

Effects/Profile
I noticed a pump before I even left for the gym. I'm pretty lean right now, so any pump from carbs, preworkout ingredients, or lifting is quite noticeable. This definitely delivered in the pump department and that's no surprise with 2 scoops yielding 6g of Citrulline Malate and 500mg of agmatine. Pre Fo provided a smooth (but not over the top) energy as well. Stands out more so for the pump in my opinion.

I do, personally, prefer some beta alanine and creatine in my preworkouts too just for convenience, but that's by no means a deal breaker as it's too easy to just supplement with those additionally.


Overall this is an awesome preworkout from a great company and I'll happily recommend this to anyone chasing that pump. Thanks again, guys!

I've had this flavor and the Strawberry Marshmallow Candy. They're both good, but I prefer the Blue Shark Candy flavor.
