Bear with me though as I have a point to this

Here's my stats first:
Age: 24
Male
175cm tall (5'9")
220lbs(ish) 98.2kg, fasted, post ****, pre shower lol
20-25% bf (eyeballed)

Biceps (flexed) 16"
Forearm 12.5"
Wrist 7.2"
Upper thigh 26.2"
Calves 18"
Ankle 11"

I'm fairly new to lifting but not completely, gave it a go years back (2015) didn't get very far, went hard maybe 6 months to a year then almost died(unrelated) so I gave it up and haven't thought twice about it. Also worth mentioning that I used to be into hiking, did boxing as a kid and I work on a farm, go hunting, eat lots of organic meat, drink whole milk everyday so my strength foundation is decent from all that, in case you were wondering about my stats, no I'm not fat it's "working" muscle, I can see my top abs and outline when I flex them and have visible definition in me arms and legs.

Anyway, about a month ago i shifted house, my flatmate has a barebones home "gym"
1 barbel homemade squat rack, pullup bar and 140kg if plates, it's **** but it's enough for now.
So past two weeks I been going HARD, got myself borderline obsessed, I'm using all my free time recently reading forums, articles and watching youtube videos on strength and muscle etc. Last night I went down the rabbit hole of FFMI, bmi and the Casey butts maximum muscle potential calculator and honestly Its left me confused and with a couple of questions I can't answer with Google.

And that brings me to my point here: if I punch in my stats on any FFMI calc being generous with bf % (25) I get an ffmi of a little over 24. At 20% (more accurate imo) I get ffmi of 25, this puts me in the "elite" level having not touched weights in years, I'm not complaining but WTF, Makes me wonder. The Casey butts calculater also tells me the absolute MAXIMUM size that I can achieve with elite genes is a little over 17 inch arms and exactly 27" quads, granted at lower bf levels but still I DONT LIFT and im only an inch away from my supposed "maximum".

My upper body is not very impressive, don't have wide shoulders, or big arms or much chest muscles but my back is wide an thick and my entire lower body is huge, I assume from all the walking up hill but again, could be genetics,

What i want to know is as follows: Is it possible for an average guy to achieve muscle growth comparable to elite "gym athletes" through manual labour and good diet alone or do I have "special" genes? Why does having big leg muscles not translate to heaps of strength? (My legs and glutes are massive but I can only manage to grind out 140kg max on the lowbar and it felt like my head was gonna explode) will my legs continue to get bigger as I increase my squat or is it possible I've "topped out"the muscle and they will just increase in strength but not size. I have imbalances in my physique due to how I work. If I want to look my best should I focus on these alone or should I train the whole body evenly from the start? Lastly, given what I've said here, how much muscle can I expect to gain if I train hard? Are noobie gains still gonna be a thing for me? What do you think would be a good b/w
For me to shoot for at a lean bf % say, 12-15%?

Before you **** on me for "lying" consider this, I often have to carry heavy strainer posts on my shoulders up hills, lift up to 70kg calves around during calving season every day for months and carry heavy dead animals on my back for miles through rough terrain when hunting.

I'm not saying any of this to blow smoke up my arse, not looking for "clout" I can post pics of my height and weight etc. if someone really wants to call me out but don't see them as necessary. Maybe to get a bf estimate from you guys would be good. If someone asks I'll post 'em.

I think online calculators are all bull crap to begin with. The proven method is taking measurements with a tape, using calipers, and using a good scale. When you do start to lift and get to a lower bodyfat, you will most likely lose more than you gain due to fat loss around your arms and legs. If you get to the point where you are at the 8-10% Bodyfat, keeping that body fat, while gaining weight, and gaining size will take a very, long, ass, time.

The Casey Butt Calculator only works if you are under 20% Body fat which you are not. Seeing your abs isn't always a good indicator of your bodyfat, you could be holding onto body fat in other areas, and from what it sounds like it appears to be your legs and lower abdomen. In regards to FFMI, I plug my current stats in and I get 25.8, which to me seems like bull ****.
