Curry had his first game resembling what Bron had to do against him in terms of carrying a load. He put up 47 points and still lost significantly. It is kinda crazy though cuz even with Clay and Durant out they are still lowkey stacked with Cousins, Green, and the old fellas Iggy + Bogut

Don’t see how it’s the raps fault that certain gsw players have an injured vagina...
It’s a physical sport, if your players are too pussy to keep playing it doesn’t count as a strike against the other team.
If the raps win it will be an underdog nba story, something I think the league really needs at this point.
Stop being salty.

The raptors had home court and now have the best player in the series. They have been favored to win multiple if not all the games thus far. They are not the underdog whatsoever. They were a first seed last year who added one of the best players in the world. Nobody blames Toronto, but they are playing a hurt team which lessens their accomplishments in many people's eyes. Who are you to call some professional athlete a vagina? KD has a leg injury and cannot play. He's a pussy that his calf is hurt and he's not medically cleared to play? Guess that makes Kawhi a huge pussy for sitting out on his team an entire year with an injury no doctor could find and then demanding a trade..... Not a single person has ever said it's Toronto's fault that GS is hurt, just that they are benefiting from it. That's life, but we're allowed to call it out because we know it's impacted the series. I support the Raptors, but the warriors are now the underdogs. I'm not a warriors fan whatsoever, but if someone is hurt and it changes the game it's worth noting. It's not just some no call here or there that I'm arguing.
If you had to beat a team would you rather have their best player playing or out? You'd rather have them out, because it's easier. Or if you answered that you'd rather have them play, it's because you know it's meaningless otherwise and you want a true test to see who is best.
If you were trying to determine who was faster between two people you'd have a race. If on race day one person couldn't run, sure the other person is faster, but everyone knows that one dude couldn't go. Maybe that's just fate/timing, but we still don't know who's actually faster and the title would mean less. This is just how life works. When the obstacles in your way become cleared through external factors you didn't control you will undoubtedly face criticism when others have had to manually overcome the same obstacles. It's not a rich kid's fault he's rich, but people will still point out his life has been made easier through none of his own actions.
In any event it would be cool to see the series go 7 games to add to the drama, but if KD doesn't play again at all and the raptors blow the 2-1 lead it's a massive failure.

LOL at anyone making excuses for the fuking GSW's.
That team is like a 9 year old got on NBA 2k19 and turned every starter on the roster up to a 99 overall....So what Klay is hurt and so is KD...God forbid you can't steamroll the rest of the league with a team nearly on par with an Olympic Dream Team.
Poor babies.
Soft (and fake) fan base, soft players, soft league
The warriors style of play coupled with the pussified free agency trend of superstars chasing easy rings (see KD and cousins) has the entire league rooting against you.Sig line can't be a novel

if you’re saying that a raps win is illegitimate because the other teams players don’t want to play... then you are faulting them.
By that logic I could claim an “asterisk” on almost every championship team... brb oh the best player wasn’t feeling well in game 7.. brb this team had a harder path to the finals.. brb brb.
Plus it’s not like they are down two players for the whole series due to an acl tear or some ****. Durant has a strained right calf lmao.. and your boy Thompson has vaginal tightness..
Of the two teams, Toronto had a much more difficult previous series, so if any players should be out injured it should be on the raps.
Tldr if your players are too soft to keep playing, you don’t discount the other teams W. sorry.
End of the day.. if the raps take the series it will be a team that literally no one pegged to win it all taking home a win against what people consider to be the modern equivalent of the 96 bulls. Good game.

There are 2 scripts the NBA will be pushing-
Underdog Raptors Win
or
Down 3-1 KD comes back ReverseSweep 4-3 KD goes down as MVP. Warriors remain superteam.
I'm going with the Raptors underdog script as the most likely outcome. Obviously NBA is scripted. Luckly we have NHL right now or sports would be straight up trash. Basketball is a meh sport. It ranks up there with women sports....~ ALABAMA CRIMSON TIDE ~

Lol, that is Kellerman/talking head logic though. Basketball doesn't work like that. The Sixers with their 4 all stars and Reddick would be GOAT if this logic worked. It's more about how the pieces come together, the system they are based in, how the skillsets complement each other, and the depth/supporting cast.
Definitely no asterisk though, that's ridiculous for any championship...war of attrition.Last edited by ghostfacedup; 06-06-2019 at 02:39 PM.

Toronto winning sucks, these injuries sucks.
I want the Warriors at full power. Curry, Klay, Durant, Green, and Cousins. The more championships they win the faster people will realize the NBA needs an overhaul.
Worst yet, I don't want bandwagoners bragging about how Curry and Green did it themselves.
Curry is a Superstar for 1. Secondly, Green, Iguodola, Livingston, and Cousins are all-stars.
So no, it's not 2v2, more like 5v1. Leonard will still have to carry this team

Americans carry so much hate for us Canadian brahs that they think a Toronto sports team winning a non-international competition is somehow an insult.
Meanwhile, I don't see Canadians complaining about hockey being stripped away from them, with it being the one thing Canada gave to the world, but no America gotta have everything. 24 teams to 7. All about murica.Voices NEGGED without fear of being opinion crew

Why would you reply in a thread about a sport you find meh? I'm not surprised an Alabama Grad would find Basketball to be meh. It's not like Bama is know for Basketball. My undergrad school didn't even have football and the Spurs are the pro team closest to where I grew up so of course I'd love basketball.
