1 scoop of protein and half a scoop of Country Time Lemonade powder (the lemonade comes with it's own scoop in the tub) about an hour pre.
1.5 scoops of Country Time Lemonade powder intra.

I’m not saying that I don’t like electrolytes, I’m just of the opinion that it’s not a necessity for the majority of lifters for intra nutrition. The main focus of a intra would be the carbs.

What is there to disagree with in those studies? It also does not necessarily support the claim that having them intra is mission critical. So it’s something that is good if you have it intra but isn’t going to be that much of a loss without it.
I’m glad you can afford all these things and buy all that transdermal laxogenin to rub yourself down with. Summer is around the corner, you’re probably nicely lubed up with transdermal laxogenin for the slip and slide.Completed Logs & Reviews:
