Hydrosurge on amazon from JackedFactory goes on lightening deal pretty often. $10 for 60 servings, good mix of electrolytes and tastes decent. Can add your own bulk supps powders to choice.. bcaas, beta any, alanine, crea, etc.

LOL bodybuilding.com will invest all this money into ads, banners, marketing, and annoying drop down menus that clog up the page view - but refuses to invest a dime into fixing their broke dick POS search button that has been at a third-world poverty level for at least 5+ years.

Why wouldn't you take electrolytes, instead of simple sugar?

I would if I could find a super inexpensive electrolytes powder to put into my shaker but I haven't really been able to find one. The main thing I'm trying to get in and what I think is most important intra, are the carbs IMHO.

I did use to use Gatorade powder but then the Target by me stopped carrying the big tubs and it was just cheaper to buy the Country Time from the supermarket down the block. Ha ha ha.

That looks like a complete chore. LoL. If you do come across of some sort of bulk premixed powder that is a good ratio of magnesium, sodium, and potassium however, I would love to know.

You're the one who was concerned about cost.

It takes 30 seconds to make. You could spend two min and mix a gallon of it, just shake well, prior to transferring to a water bottle

Yeah, still sounds like a pain in the butt. LoL. No thanks, you can enjoy that concoction though. I'm not overly concerned about the electrolytes portion of the intra tbh.

That explains a lot about all of your positions on nutrition and supplementation

So you disagree with my peer reviewed links?

Yes and also have actually competed in bodybuilding. You're the one who's too lazy to make your own intra workout drink and can't afford a pre-mixed one.

What is there to disagree with in those studies? It also does not necessarily support the claim that having them intra is mission critical. So it’s something that is good if you have it intra but isn’t going to be that much of a loss without it.

I’m glad you can afford all these things and buy all that transdermal laxogenin to rub yourself down with. Summer is around the corner, you’re probably nicely lubed up with transdermal laxogenin for the slip and slide.

No I meant the 32oz bottles ready to go drinks. Since you're already using the Country Time for your carbs and you want electrolytes, throw your Country Time lemonade into the Gatorade Zero or Powerade Zero.

You mean like just pour like an ounce or two into the lemonade? This could be a good idea... Of course I'm looking at monthly costs at the end of the day :P

I mean scoop your lemonade powder into the gatorade. But you could do that I suppose if you wanted to save. Although like I stated, you can grab Powerade Zero for $0.88 and most of the time Gatorade Zero is $1.00 and goes on sale for cheaper.

I should really just start ordering Gatorade powder again. LoL. The supermarket down the block is just so much more convenient and instantly gratifying. :P
