    Question No arm soreness while/after benching???

    I did 2 sets of 8 using 50lb plus bar and after I felt my arms were about 20% tired, i feel a little something in my arms but not to where I can’t move, I just got back into benching since schools done... and I’m a noob, I also don’t feel anything on my bird chest... what should I do?

    Follow an actual program with a progression protocol. You don't need to be so fried you can't move your arms to make progress. If you think something is wrong with your bench you can upload a video for some form critiquing.

    Soreness should never be an indicator of progression. Adding weight and/or reps to your lifts on a regular basis should be your primary measurement of progress.
