I would assume that the ammunition manufacturing and oil wells would be meant to pay property taxes and with 9,000 acres I would assume there are bodies of water on the property. What about a community farm sounds gay? It's basically a farm that supports the community, reducing the cost of bringing in outside produce or having to buy overpriced produce from the grocery store. As for property taxes, depends on how taxes are being charged for each individual plot or the whole property divided. The average American household pays about $2,279 on property taxes so I would guess something around there.

i would prefer to get to eat what I grow, not share it with a bunch of perverts and degenerates. I'd be cool with $2.3k property taxes.
