Got some old Ivanko stuff - I think? - help identify and disassemble

I got super cheap haul of what I think is Ivanko barbells, but need help disassembling the 5 ft shorty barbell. I think it's an Ivanko OB-60. It's 5 feet. Everything this guy has Ivanko, but this bar and tricep bar are only things without a brand by Ivanko on them.

Question. What are these small hex screws at the end of the sleeve (not on the end cap)?

And also, how can I tell for sure if the 5ft bar and tricep bar are Ivanko?

I believe you have the Costco set? IIRC Ivanko said those bars were so economy that they weren't made by them and not considered "real" Ivanko. I had one for a short time but I never messed with the hex pin.

Dang that sux. They'll do the job just fine, they're both suprisingly heavy but have somewhat sloppy tolerences compared to the ob84 that I'm so impressed with. I once flipped a gold's gyms set like this and it was all hallow cheap chrome tubing.

The pics came up. Yup. That looks like it. Where you get it? Was it ivanko rebrand?
