I think he’s gonna be what we saw week 1. That’s honestly what I expected all off season. His draft value was based off the idea that he could either be the #1 RB or his knee is cooked and he’s done. But his ADP was perfect for this player. He’s not gonna be a workhorse anymore but he’s still going to get enough touches to be a good fantasy player.
    Horny.

I think Ross's performance was more of a fluke. I'd try for McLaurin. His volume and QB play will keep him fantasy relevant. Brown only played like 12 snaps yesterday, had 4 catches and Miller only threw the ball 20 times. I don't see that kind of performance occurring again. If it does, it'll be boom or bust every week.

Why wouldn't you use a waiver claim on Sutton? He was clearly Flacco's favorite target and looked good. I was big on Sutton prior to the season (one of my favorite breakout candidates) and after seeing his connection with Flacco I am even more. I understand they were going against the Raiders, who actually looked good, and Denver seemed to be lost on offense.

I wouldn't expect 8-108-1 every week, but he should be involved in the offense every week as a primary target.
Todd Heap was never a Vance McDonnald 70/1200/8 kinda guy

Delanie Walker should be on ppls radars if he went undrafted, he's like a better version of Todd Heap

What do you think I should bid on Hockenson? We have 100$ to spend on waivers throughout the season. Waller and Walker are also available

I think Sony Michel is a good buy low target. He'll bounce back after a pretty terrible opener. Damien Harris was a scratch from the game, so he's no threat.

Rex Burkhead looked really good and is a run / pass threat. It's hard to say after one game, but I think we could be seeing Burkhead more consistently. When we add AB to the line up, I think it's going to create great match ups for everyone especially our pass catching backs (Burkhead & White).

Other than one season where all of their WRs were hurt, neither was Walker. Excluding 2015, Heap and Walker had fairly equivalent usage & numbers. Not every can be Vance McDonald.

I would not, no, JMO. I expect Sanders to establish himself as the #1 WR in Denver. To me, Sutton is still a bench stash and not worth a #1 waiver claim.

Did you watch the game? Sutton and Flacco were on the same page and if Sanders is going to draw double coverage, Sutton is going to be seeing 1 on 1 coverage. Think Juju last year with AB.

Also, what does a player have to do to use a #1 waiver claim after week 1?

I watched. It was certainly encouraging if you own him. I would use the #1 on McLaurin. I'm just not as high on Sutton as you are.

People are going to go nuts for Hockenson since TE is so thin. I'd be willing to bet he goes for probably double that.

Yeah I can see that, just putting out what I would be comfortable paying for him in my leagues (TEs: Kelce, Walker, Henry, Howard, Ertz) in my 5 leagues so he might start over Howard atm but I'm holding in the rest

not that he's available in every league anyways

yeah, i'm usually pretty frugal, but that seems about right. outside of randomness of injuries, week 1 or 2 is always the best time for waiver claims, a lot of key decisions need to happen quickly and it sucks to miss out.

The Patriots are heavy heavy favorites in their next 6-7 games.

As a Michel owner, I’m hoping for some positive gamescripts as they are grinding out the second half with big leads

I mean, they had that on Sunday night from the get go. Michel got 15 carries just did absolutely squat with it. I'm hoping for much better though.

Murray will be your guy after this week. Ride him out he's a rookie and still hit 25 points or so in most leagues. i know he has baltimore so after that he's going to be fine.

meantime maybe carr really is the better bet vs the chiefs instead of jimmy G

15 touches was positive for him, but the percentage of run plays vs pass plays when he's in is so large that Pittsburgh seemed to sell out on the run when he was in. I see him as more of a Blount type role moving forward.

Burkhead looked much better than Sony which is why I think Burkhead will see more playing time. Michel literally had no room to run when he got the ball.

Yeah, in fantasy terms, the only person I'm convinced that this whole fukked up affair helps is Brady, and that includes AB himself (i.e. Gordon looked great Sunday, so AB isn't going to get the volume of targets in NE that he would have in Oak or that he got in Pitt).

I think Djax is what got that trade for me... cooper definitely looked good but white could definitely put up some points against the dolphins this weekend so if no one bites you might luck out get a little extra value out of him next week
