sounds like she's leading him in all of what they released on the recording, doubt anything comes from it
everything released is her saying "you did X" "you did Y", no way that's gonna be admissible in court as legitimate evidence from someone who only released it after they declined to press charges
no doubt he's a piece of **** but if there's no charges, there's really no basis from which to punish him

People record people hoping they admit to a crime/wrong doing all the time. Is that idea sketchy when a CI “wears a wire” to record for law enforcement? People usually secretly record because they know the person did something, but also know they won’t openly admit it.
I’m with you though. All this recording is is her saying he did these things and him saying the one threatening thing. That isn’t evidence that any of the stuff she’s saying actually took place. And while I think he probably did it, you shouldn’t be able to punish someone because they more than likely did something. Prove they did it with actual evidence, or don’t punish them.Everything depends upon execution; having just a vision is no solution.
Performance and performance alone dictates the predator in any food chain.

She was obviously trying to set him up and sounds pretty innocent especially if he didn't know he was being recorded and she clearly does. She is constantly accusing him of abusive behavior and his responses are honest, undefensive answers. In the face of inflammatory accusations he simply states what he did and doesn't even feel the need to justify her accusations with a direct denial.
Everyone is jumping on the "you should be terrified of me too" comment, which doesn't sound good but he is right. A child should have a healthy fear and respect for their parents and elders in general. That lack of respect and discipline is exactly why millennials are the first generation to regress, not only failing to surpass the previous generation but remaining dependent on them well into adulthood. While I never remember my dad ever spanking me with his belt, I remember the threat of it keeping me inline and never even thinking about disrespecting my mom even though my dad was actually out on a ship most of the year.
There are also a couple very telling statements from him that back his innocence, especially "That why you can't keep a man", keeps repeating "That's sad", and she said this was her insurance policy. That tells me he was done with her so she was filling the kids head against him and manufacturing this scandal to setup this recording to hurt him and extort him for money since he was leaving and her gravy train was over.
Even if he did do it we know the NFL standard even if TMZ releases the video is that he is too good to lose and will get at most a slap on the hand.Last edited by Cartiac; 04-26-2019 at 04:00 AM.

I think they are both idiots but the thing that stood out the most for me was when he said " you should be terrified of me too you dumb ****" after she said their kid is terrified of him. That's not exactly a response that screams "I didn't hit my kid"
No real evidence however, right now it's her word versus his. Doesn't matter at all as far as the NFL goes though. He will get a solid suspension.6'1 - 240lbs
