I’m back b***hes! (I use to be here a lot). I digress the reason for the post is I’m wondering if anyone else has found a pre-workout that they could take with their prescribed meds. I took C4 and then my XR post work out and felt like I was in the matrix after taking the meds. Major headache.

Best weight so far 187lbs 5/1/2012 - Then got a hot gf a boat and gained fat lol...
Starting again for the finish line of 180lbs - 11/1/2012 @ 201lbs
