Looking for a good carb drink to have intra workout

I usually use gaspari glycofuse and love it the mango flavor is good and not too sweet but apparently it's out of stock everywhere as and $60 on Amazon. Any good alternatives?

Water? Are you training that long that carb supplementation would even be helpful?

Realistically, you probably don't need one. Unless you're training with high intensity for more than an hour and a half or so, you won't have much need for intrworkout carbs

I'd say a meal or carbs before a workout are more effective than carbs during. Based on my experience.

i drink Gaspari SizeOn during every single workout and love it. Best intra I've ever used and the only one I'll use.

Carbion from allmax is another intra you could look into.

Like others said Gatorade is also a good substitute.

Never understand why people say intra-shakes have no place or aren't needed when they have no clue what OP is trying to achieve or the reasoning for using one smh

Personally I do notice the added benefit of carbs intra. One that I've used for a while when on a bulk is Size On Max Performance. It's pretty damn hard to beat and one of my all time favorite supplements.

You have some other great options listed in the thread. The economical route is bulk Gatorade as well.
