Supplements for fatigue and worn out muscles?

Hey guys. I'm getting back into exercising. I'm doing a plan that includes lifting 4-6 days a week that uses interval training, weight training and cardio. I only do 4 days a week for now. Sometimes I feel completely worn out after a workout. Kind of like my muscles just don't have much work left to give, even daily stuff like walking up and down stairs and showering become a lot harder. This can last for hours or even the rest of the day. I'm a 22 year old man so I know my body will adjust to the training but in the meantime I'm looking for a supplement that can take away some of that muscle fatigue or at least make it less noticeable. Any suggestions?

I have been taking ibuprofen and I normally drink caffeine throughout the day. I'm looking for something to solve the problem at the source. I believe the problem is that the muscles' stored up energy has been depleted and remains depleted for longer because I am a beginner (again lol). The protein is interesting. Why do you say protein will help?
    Thanks

In essence exercise causes micro-tears in muscle fibers, which leads to sore muscles. The branch chain amino acids (BCAAs) in whey protein helps your body build and repair muscle tissues.

If you are a beginner, I would start by saying go lighter until your body adjusts then go heavy.... what youre going to do is burn yourself out and not want to lift anymore.

    Crawl before you can walk.

Some supplement options for enhancing recovery:

    3g LCLT
    2g Taurine
    1.5g HICA
    600mg Ashwagandha (as KSM-66)
    480mg Tart Cherry
    400mg Lemon Verbena (as Recoverben)

Something that tends to help me "immediately" recover after a morning workout is including some high GI carbs with my post workout meal. Seems bro-sciencey or archaic to think this way, but whatever - works for me. Poptarts or a sugary cereal are typically my go-to's. This is of course dependent on caloric intake and if this works for your diet.

HICA probably not, the rest are good supplements.

I am skeptical of KSM-66 and Taurine for significant recovery benefits, but I like them for other benefits.

Curious of your goal. Are you trying to gain muscle or are you cutting? Sounds like you are trying to lose weight. I know when I'm watching cals and training hard I feel like a train wreck post workouts. You were given some good advice here such as proper hydration pre and post workout. Also upping the carbs post workout. You could also try cycling carbs, high, low, medium days. Listen to your body. You might not be consuming enough cals for the type of training you are performing.

I was more thinking the secondary benefits of KSM-66 and Taurine can help recovery. And both are cheap
