Do i have to wait between drinking cofee ?

Hello, i have a question. I drink 1 cup of coffee right after i woke up in the morning. Then i have breakfast and like 3-4 hours later i go train. The thing is, that i like to have "pre-workout" coffee too, but if i have my preworkout coffee, then its only about 3 hours pause between that first coffee i had the morning. So my question -> is it ok to have my second coffee so soon after my first coffee ?? I have normal coffee, 2 teaspoons of instant, nothing extra strong ... thanks

I've been drinking more coffee lately, so I'm probably the wrong person to answer this...lol. But, like you (?), coffee is my only supplement, so here goes: "They" say you should preferably have 1 cup of coffee approximately a half hour before training (for maximum benefits). IMO, as long as you don't have any additional cups afterwards, you shouldn't have to worry about caffeine addiction or sleep disruptions...

If the goal is to provide yourself with a slight energy boost, then consume the coffee about an hour before training. I see nothing wrong with having 2 before you train, especially if you have some water in between to hydrate.

Shoot I drink coffee while I work out... The only thing I'll say is if your not drinking it black, keep a good eye on what your putting into it. Those creamers and such can add up quickly

Two cups of coffee back to back (~200mg caffeine) - this should be fine for most people. If you suffer from an anxiety disorder or another medical condition that is affected by caffeine, you may want to watch your caffeine intake more closely.
