Hello
C4 Ripped is taken usually in the morning with a meal. Its a pre-workout substitute as they advertise it. I have started using it, I am getting excessive headaches with the capsules. Is there a way to reduce without stopping them?

I would agree with you, but I still need some extra energy to do those couple last push . I had other pre-work (the last one was NO Xplode) and I did not get any headaches. I preformed better and its not just psychological. Thanks though
Yeah, the rest of the day I relaxed. Left gym earlier and went to rest. Dranked a lot of water. Its raising the blood pressure and dilated blood vessels. The reason of the headache is known. It raises nitric oxide, dilates blood vessels... the pump is there lol..
Yes, I drink a lot of water.

I think ripped has yohimbe/yohimbine HCl included. There's likely a specific ingredient in the "ripped" that you do not tolerate very well.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.
