Hello
C4 Ripped is taken usually in the morning with a meal. Its a pre-workout substitute as they advertise it. I have started using it, I am getting excessive headaches with the capsules. Is there a way to reduce without stopping them?

Dude a lot of these prework out chems are not needed.
Throw you some whey, a banana,some oats, table spoon of all natty pb in the blender

Yeah, the rest of the day I relaxed. Left gym earlier and went to rest. Dranked a lot of water. Its raising the blood pressure and dilated blood vessels. The reason of the headache is known. It raises nitric oxide, dilates blood vessels... the pump is there lol..Originally Posted by ShoooterMcGavin

I think ripped has yohimbe/yohimbine HCl included. There's likely a specific ingredient in the "ripped" that you do not tolerate very well.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.
