Neck training nearly killed me ( disected artery in neck)

BeenHaving health problems for years
stroke like syptoms

-Lost my erections 6 years ago
- migraines every day
- nearly passing out all the time
- struggling to read and write as time passes on

Woke up paralysed on the left side of my body today i cpuldnt speak or nothing i thought i was a vegetable

Got rushed in the er this morning
Found out i destroyed my artery in my neck through neck training 8 years ago and i have been slowly dying of heart faluire all this time man phuk!!!

I was caught just in time before a stroke wiped me out

Now i got blood clots all around my neck and if the clots shoot up into my brain im going to be either dead or a vegetable ...

I need surgery now and it could be fatal

But people have been training their necks for a very long time. Wrestlers and football players perform neck exercises daily for years on end, and this isn't some common occurrence. So I wouldn't tell everyone to stop because of one example.

And frankly, who knows what you were really doing and with what technique, and if it was really the neck training that caused it.

Doctor was really freaking the phuk out when i told him i trained my neck with weights years ago

He Said im lucky to be alive right now and so many young people die from a tore artery/

So many young guys have no syptoms and just drop dead one day or become a vegetable through the stroke
