Hi!
I am in the 12th week of my cut, about a week ago I dropped 20g of carbs, currently I take in about 100g/week. With my body fat caliper I measured myself at about 10% bf, but the mirror says otherwise. I looked soft from time to time until this point but it seems more constant now. Could it be glycogen depletion? I lost about 17 pounds until now and my strength has not declined, but I was more vascular some weeks ago. 166 lbs, 5ft 9 inch.

I wouldnt worry about it while your dieting. Your glycogen levels will fill right back up after an high carb day. As far as vascularity; again same as my previous statement but will also add my vascular look will change greatly depending on how hot my core temp is at the time (and of course body fat levels). Im like a heat rock when I sleep and am most vascular when first waking up.
