Hi guys i'm really broke the moment and can't afford proper food till next week. I've been going gym and exercising and drinking a gallon of water aday. I woke up today and felt so dizzy/headache and brain fog. I also felt really hungry. I've been eating and drinking more water all day but still feel this way.
I know i'm in a caloric defecit but do you think i'm too low?

Is this a sign of dropping calories too low?

Can't really tell you what is actually going on for sure, unless you gave more information.
How many calories?
How much of what type of foods?
Couple things I can think of that can make you feel dizzy and brain fog...
Not eating enough calories. (This is most likely what's happening)
Very low, or no carbs can put you into Ketosis.
Edit - There is a Keto diet, but you wouldn't want to go from something like 200g carbs each day, to none.
Dehydration from sweating too much at the gym (maybe way too much cardio etc)
Low blood sugar.
Not getting enough fats can mess with your hormones. "brain fog" This happens to some people on a crash diet.
Water toxicity if you're drinking it WAY too fast. Especially on a low sodium diet. (Happened to me last year)
Can also happen if you drink a lot of water and don't use the bathroom frequently enough.
A gallon of water "a day" is NOT going to cause this, unless you drank most/all of it within an hour or so.Last edited by Grelko; 04-01-2019 at 03:41 AM.

Need some more details. Maybe you just had a poor sleep? Hope you took it easy yesterday and got a good sleep. When I cut for the first time (and bulk) your body reacts with some sh*tty side effects. You probably have a lack of energy because of cutting. Ease into it, take some advil. It will get better if you jsut started out cutting.
When I cut, I was rarely hungry after meals. Eat filling foods and split up meals, then you might just get hungry late at night but just snack.Sushi & Protein Shakes allyouneed

It's an obviously vague question... and a waste of people's time reading it.
If you think otherwise, I duno what to tell you.
I told him to provide more information, because he needs to.
Put yourself in the shoes of the OP: do you really think he gave even a seconds-thought to even trying to form a useless question? It's just vomit in question-form.Last edited by AdamWW; 04-01-2019 at 11:37 AM.
