Thing is a life saver. I also realized that they nerfed healing from tesla like grenades, so my storm front is fukking useless for healing my shields. Why? Why did they do this?

And Maliwan Takedown starts tomorrow.
Haven't touched the game in about a week now. Been pretty burned out on doing the same old ****. Pretty excited about the Maliwan Takedown event tomorrow and DLC December so I can look forward to getting more time in.

Well they went full retard on Maliwan Takedown. I can solo any boss in the game on Mayhem 4. Even with solid groups of 4, can't take the final boss in Maliwan Takedown on REGUALR fuking mode - non mayhem.

You can try it solo it, but good luck. They have a match making feature specifically for it, but it's AIDS and takes forever to get a full group of 4. There is supposedly new gear you can only get from doing it, but I wouldn't know as I've made it to the final boss a hundred times, but have yet to be with a strong enough group to kill him. It's fuking ridiculous. He has tons of shields, spawns waves and waves of enemies, etc.
The whole thing is pretty doable solo until you reach the last boss. Everything before isn't that hard that it's impossible to do alone.
There's a video of one of the best players in the game barely soling the whole thing on M4. But he's the exception to the rule. 99.9% of people cannot do that.

Yeah, guardian ranks are totally fuked. It's annoying that the game has been out for 2 months and they still don't have basic **** like that fixed.

Amara is a beast. Was in a game with 2 of them on M4 and they just don't die.

It's getting harder and harder for me to keep playing. Gearbox has time to be constantly nerfing ****, but won't fix basic broken things. The events they've done so far have been pretty underwhelming. I mean, I get it. They're free events. One can only expect so much, but damn. The Halloween event was fun for -1- day. I went to Heck and killed Haunt several times, then that was old. Now the Maliwan Takedown thing... I understand they wanted it challenging. But they've gone off the deep end and made it ridiculous.
This new DLC looks really cool based on the trailer. But I'm at the point right now where I don't even know if I want to spend the $12 or whatever it will cost on it because everything so far has been a let down. Also, it doesn't sound like there will be a level cap with it unless I overlooked it or they just haven't announced that yet. How long do they want us to keep playing with the level 50 cap that even the most casual of players can pretty easily achieve in a week or two?

And matchmaking in general feels rather crappy to me...incredibly laggy if I'm not hosting.

But I managed to get myself a God rolled yellowcake with the 300 percent damage buff on enemies over 90 percent hp... Literally run around 1 shotting everything in mayhem 10 lol they have to patch this thing so bad.

They really broke the **** out of this game.

Stopped playing after I beat the final boss. Game was good and cool, but extremely easy after we found 2000 damage multi shot sniper rifles. I keep reading that Mayhem 10 is totally broken so not super motivated to keep playing. Non-broken Mayhem should have been unlocked on the first playthrough IMO. I got a good 40 hours out of it, so worth the $25 I spent imo.

Anyone who wants vertical split screen can get a multiviewer for $180. I like it because now everything is multiplayer. The downside is no sound for other players without headphones.

I got an OPQ rifle like my second mansion run. It's not a very high roll one though, so trying to get a better one as well as a Yellowcake rocket launcher.

After like a hundred mansions runs...still no luck and to say I'm burned out farming this one area over and over again would be an understatement.

Are you on pc? I have 2 extra yellowcakes I can drop. One is 200 percent damage buff while skill is active so it's still pretty solid. Other one is a crappy anoinement. I got the 300 percent damage buff on enemies over 90 percent health and it's just ****ing stupid. I'm literally running around mayhem 10 with infinite heavy ammo one shotting everything.

I'm not really sure how the luck stat works, but I have like 14 percent luck from guardian tokens, and a class mod thing that gives another 13 percent luck, I have never really had issues farming. 3 yellowcakes in one day, the first one I got was the God roll.
