How bad do you want it? Google #snakediet and get to work. Nothing drops fat faster than extended fasting

This. If you go crash dieting you're just going to get fat again when you rebound. Change your lifestyle and habits, that is the only way to loose weight properly and keep it off permanently.
After the initial water loss/shock to your body, 1-2lbs a week is a general idea of sustainable weight loss.6'1 - 240lbs

No. Not even close. I was a fat slob at christmastime (210lbs), which was a gradual gain of 5 years from 180lbs. In 3 months I'm down 24 pounds, another 2 months I'll look pretty darn lean. Op could be looking pretty joosy in about 9 months.
The thing about weightloss is the journey is kind of fun. Clothes fitting looser/better. It doesn't have to be all about the end game.

Gotta figure out how bad you really want it. Think hitting the gym is hard? That’s the easy and fun part. Making better dietary choices is the hard part. Saying no to drinks with friends, office birthday cake, mid afternoon snack / lattes, etc.
First and foremost I would say diet. Losing weight is roughly 80% diet, and 20% working out. Gotta burn more calories than you consume, and roughly 3500 calories to a pound. Track your food. Cut 500 calories a day off. Cut out processed foods, cut out sugar, eat way more green leafy vegetables, potatoes/bread/rice/pasta sparingly, no booze / soda, way more water.
Then move more. Get a fit bit / Apple Watch and get those steps in. Depending on your past level and experience working out, it can be as simple as start walking and do a barbell program like Starting Strength.

I lost 39 pounds in 3 months. I was in a competition and won actually. Zero alcohol, zero cheating of any kind for that whole duration. Worked out a lot, 8 hours of sleep every night. You have to live and breath it. The last 4 days I did a dehydration method with helped with the last 6-7 pounds. Totally worth it on my 7 day, 2 person all paid Alaskan cruise.
If you were 449 pounds I would say you have a chance.
