    Body Fat Percentage Analysis

    I've been cutting now for ~6 months. I've gone from 196 to 172. I'm 5'9.5" and I think I'm around 14% bf. What bf do I actually look like I have? Trying to get down to ~10-12% before my next bulk.

    You looking good .. what bf were you when you started ?

    I’m guessing 11-12 percent . I can see ab definition .

    Unfortunately I wasn't tracking everything as rigorously as I am now. If I had to guess it was probably somewhere around 21-22%.

    I doubt you're that high, I'd say probably more likely in the 15-17% range.

    So now assuming that I'm 16% bf and a fat/muscle loss ratio of 90/10, my end cutting weight should be 159 lbs correct? Does that sound right for my build?

    Thanks for the responses btw. It's hard to take an objective look at your own body without guessing low on the bf %.

    I would agree with your 14% assessment. I was just bodpod tested on Friday at 12.5% and you look just slightly behind me.

    15% of so is what I would say as well. I hover between 11-12 as reference
