really all you can do if your wanting to lose water weight is wait till mybe a couple days before the actual weigh-ins and run liek a beast, not eat, drink very very little, and jumprope and use the bike with sweat and two hoodies on.
because if water weight is whatyour looking to take off, doing it now will have to effect in 3 weeks. youll getthose fluids right back tomarrow.
good luck

what do you mean by weight contest?
Do you mean one with your friends, or a bodybuilding show/competition?
If it's just a friendly competition among friends i do not suggest actively trying to lower your water levels.
[^] water in = [^] water out ...
It's a common misconception that in order to lose water weight you need to curve your water intake. The body is like a pendulum, taking in less water will result in your body getting the message that its not recieving enough water and retain more water.
If you don't wish your body to retain excess levels of water then simply just drink more water, we should be drinking fairly high levels of water anyway, since we are basically made up of water.

Try This ........ U Will Loose Fast
Calories: Consume 1,000 calories per day in four equal meals of 250 calories each. This will create a modified fasting state stimulating rapid fat utilization.
Macronutrient mix: Use a 60/20/20—protein/carbs/fat ratio. This translates to 150 grams of protein, 50 grams of carbs, and 22 grams of fat for your 1,000 calorie day. This ratio will promote the most rapid fat loss focusing on fat and sparing muscle.
Supplements: Use a quality pure protein powder with soy, casein and whey as your main protein source. Take a good multivitamin and mineral, an EFA blend, a good antioxidant and a non-stimulatory "fat burner" with coleus forskohlii, green tea and acetyl L-carnitine. These supplements will ensure proper protein intake, stimulate fat mobilization, keep hormones as balanced as possible, and help detoxify your system as fat is burned.
Water: Drink at least 1 gallon of cold water per day to clear toxins from the body, help with hunger, and actually burn calories from the action of warming the cold water in your system. Also, because much of this short-term fat loss will be water loss you are more prone to dehydration. Consistent water intake is key.
Fiber: Try to eat all of your carbs as whole low-glycemic fruits and veggies. Including apples, cherries, fresh peaches, fresh pears, broccoli, carrots, spinach, cauliflower, etc. This will keep things "moving" properly and help fight hunger.IT'S NOT JUST WHAT YOU EAT THAT MATTERS,IT'S WHEN.....

Sandiegoguy-target6 always posts the same garbage...check out his past pasts. Guy's a troll with nothin constructive to say. 1000 cal per day? lol. Surprised he hasn't been banned yet, at least not as target6(probably banned as target, target2, target3, etc.). Do what you're doin-cut sodium and stop creatine, cut the carbs, and drink lots of water.
