Recently, when I was 200lbs body-weight, I did 17 slow full range of motion reps with 225.
Oh yeah, I used both arms and it was 4:45AM - for all the following lifts. 1-arm Smith Machine uncontrolled, BS, speed-reps don't count!
Here's 280lbs
Here's 300lbs
Here's 325lbs
Here's 350lbs
Here's 360lbs

Helping one person may not change the world, but it could change the world for one person.

Gonna say it again since you can not read. How does a 15lb bar reduce the overall weight down? Gravity does not discriminate against mass. So the bar on a smith machine has a negative mass? Go do some basic reading up on science, preferably around the toddler age group.
The only low IQ retard in this thread is you. Denial sucks huh?

I wondered this too. But I think I figured out his retard logic.
In the world of Matt, one plate on each side of the bar is 135 (adding 45 for the bar).
So in his mind a single plate is 135. Then he adds a 5 on one side, and a 2.5 on the other for a total of 142.5.
But then the bar "weighs" 15, because of the counter balance of a smith machine, so 30 lbs lighter than if he used a real bar and did a real bench press.
That gets him to 112.5.
Matt logic is strong, just like Matt. LMAO440+6 crew; Buccaneers Crew

It's a test. So do the test according to my specifications. Why is it so hard for someone to just put 142.5 on the smith machine and do it with one hand? For one rep? Let alone 24 or more.
I have no clue what you're talking about. I already stated that I can't bench due to a crippled right arm. If I could bench then I would have done this on a regular bench press. Get it?
And I have already stated that I'm going to do the 112.5 dumbbell for as many reps as possible once I get the chance. So does it look like i'm joking?
Having seen how serious I take lifting. Running track workouts in negative 2 degree weather and snow. Hills sprints in thunderstorms and tornadoes. Do you really think that i'm joking here? Think about that for a second.
Just do the smith machine bench press with one arm.
Do this lift the way that I want this lift done. Meaning read every single word of this post right here. I mean do we just have slow readers here or something? You really think it takes that long to read all of this? Just take 2mins and read it so you know what I want you to do.

I counted 8 fully locked out reps in the video. Meaning 17 reps were at 75 percent of the way up. Judging by my calculations on how many clean reps you got and all that energy for the 75 percent reps. Then i'm projecting a grand total of 20 fully locked out reps from you at 260 pounds.
So great. This looks like it should be easy for you.
Now go to the smith machine. Make a video for youtube of you benching 142.5 pounds with one hand for as many reps as possible. Let's see how many that you get.
