Time for some equality boyz. Let’s see how they like it.
Inb4 they just get rid of selective service instead
https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/...al/2968872002/
A federal judge in Texas has declared that the all-male military draft is unconstitutional, ruling that "the time has passed" for a debate on whether women belong in the military.
The decision deals the biggest legal blow to the Selective Service System since the Supreme Court upheld the draft in 1981. In Rostker v. Goldberg, the court ruled that the male-only draft was "fully justified" because women were ineligible for combat roles.
But U.S. District Judge Gray Miller ruled late Friday that while historical restrictions on women serving in combat "may have justified past discrimination," men and women are now equally able to fight. In 2015, the Pentagon lifted all restrictions for women in military service.

None of you have addressed the best part of this yet. If a woman has transitioned to become a man, and has changed their birth certificate to "male", they should be eligible for the draft.
Let us see the SCOTUS rule on whether they have all of the obligations that men have, if they are legally male. That would be far more interesting.
If women aren't eligible for the draft, then all any man that gets drafted has to say, is that they identify as female and they should be excused.Screw nature; my body will do what I DAMN WELL tell it to do!

Most men don't realize how much many women resent being female. They also resent men being stronger (generally). That's one reason they are often compelled to undermine men and to take over. Indeed, setting men up to fail creates an enjoyable sense of judgement (a more feminine-ish flaw - lust being more masculine). They can even coach the kids into seeing dad as a boob (and he too often becomes one after having become addicted to needing wife's (his mom #2) approval).
This kind of sentiment is some of what is behind contempt for things like military, football, male clubs etc. Many women hate men doing men things. So they want the military turned upside down, they want men to be kept from football (while celebrating women who play - like the little girl in NFL wedding commercial) or at least to wear pink when playing. Now the "epic" warrior characters in game and movies all have to be girls. Its a psychotic adventure into denial. Not that women cant be real heroes of course.

Fair law is fair.
Chances of a draft happening any time soon is real slim though. Not sure a WWII-type scenario is even plausible, I feel like the days of mass infantry of second-tier quality are a thing of the past for developed nations."A stupid man's report of what a clever man says can never be accurate, because he unconsciously translates what he hears into something he can understand."

lol...having served in a conscript military, you don't want average draftees in combat units period. But conscripted females?
If there's ever a need for that, we should probably just admit that we lost. This account was created for the purpose of roleplaying and satire. a population has a much harder time recovering when females die vs when men perish. It only takes 1 man to impregnate countless females. Every woman you lose is 1 less baby maker capable of rebounding the population after war or natural disaster. Basically if another world war happens and we lose hundreds of thousands / millions of women, it would take several generations for the population to return to normal. This would give foreign countries that only send males an upper hand.

If there's a draft (big if), I think it extremely likely that women would not have to serve in combat units, they would only go if they volunteer.

Don't you think that a war severe enough to require people getting drafted would be a much bigger issue than any of that? You guys say this **** as if that wouldn't herald the end of the world as we know if. **** capabilities you'd get blown to pieces by drones, bombs or nukes.
Sometimes I wonder if you think your posts through before making them
