I am starting at 205.9 lbs and the very minimum goal for me is to get down to 198.2 lbs, which is 89.9 kg. I really want to see that number below 90 kg on the scale.

Lost just under 5lb last round, quite disappointing but having recently packed in smoking a loss is better than a gain. Going to change a few things up this time and hopefully see much better results. Good luck to all

I'm in. I was a pretty serious lifter 4 years ago. I got back in the gym last month and used your last forum as motivation but started late. I started at 230, I'm down to 211 right now in a month.. working out 5 days a week, only eating chicken/vegetables/beans/chick peaa.. +2 vegan protein shakes 54grams (I just prefer to stay away from dairy based protein )
