-Hold handstand longer
-Do 5+ 1arm pullups in a row
-Learn more flips
Weights/General Fitness:
-Get stronger!
-Put on a little more size and stay cut
-Increase my cardiovascular endurance
Jiu-jitsu:
-Get better at passing guard
-Compete in NoGi tournament
-Learn the best positions to properly armbar someone

Really wish I had a couple more samples of Impact Ignighter (preworkout) so I could have tested it for more than 1 workout...I’d be VERY interested to hear other people’s opinion and experience with this pre compared to my own.
