Would my ex/exes? do this? Can't say for sure.
Dear Diary:
Spoiler!
Me? Nah. Not if I'm with in a LTR/married. I'm not blind...I'll notice attractive people, have even had a little crush or two, but never pursued anything.
Could be there will be more, just like there seem to be fewer people getting married. Don't expect it to ever be more than a minority though.
There is potentially a lot more on the line from sex than from poker night with the guys. Closer to asking your partner to be okay with you using the mortgage money to shoot craps.
So maybe it is a little bit about insecurity. Because there is so much to lose. Don't get the controlling bit at all though.
That is a hell of a lot of trust to extend to an undetermined third party. Maybe some small number of people can include outsiders in their bedroom play as a couple. Not a lot, but at least there is a higher level of consent there - both members of the couple are aware of who the extra party is and what is going down. You are expecting your partner to not just trust you, but also to trust whoever you decide to hop in bed with even though they might be a liar, unaware they have an std, have a birth control failure (missed a pill, taking antibiotics, broken condom) etc.
I wouldn't call being aware of those eventualities weak, I would call it wise.
Open relationships aren't suitable for most people.
Cool for you if you can make it work. Personally falls under things that make for a hot scene in a novel, but would probably fail hard IRL.INTP Crew

What is an interesting observation, is the female response to my posts. And sure sample size, whatever. But I'd also be willing to bet that females will be more likely to come out in opposition of this. I think it's like a built in mechanism in females to be against this, and to speak out against it, etc... makes sense evolutionary too, they want a partner to be around for their offspring, and not risk losing them.
I mean gay couples for example are notoriously more promiscuous. Like most females are programmed the support to monogamous idea, makes sense. And the other way too, it makes sense that a bigger percentage of males would support this idea.
Males that DON'T support the open relationship thing is weird though, it's like culture has overwrite what should be in their DNA... It's like a mental cucking of sorts. A lot of them are in chains in this regard, but feel that they are righteous in being in chains.
It's like the slave that never chose to be a slave initially, but now loves their master, and fights for their master's belief structure.Fak U say? Cheeky kent ya, i'll fakin fak ya, ya lil sloot

Yeah, that type of person is called a mentally ill person...good luck lmao
^These right here...if someone tells me they do open relationships IRL I automatically lose all respect for them and any of their opinions 100% srs. Won't ever pay attention to anything else they ever tell me because they just certified that they are fuking retardedLast edited by peterplsss; 02-20-2019 at 09:38 AM.

absolutely. but the scenario is so extremely unlikely. you could develop increasingly unlikely hypotheticals with increasingly greater temptation in order to waste brainpower. the question is ideological "will you admit online anonymously that there are limits to your personal ethics"
i avoid cheating by avoiding likely cheating scenarios, thus avoiding the bounds of my personal ethics.do not read my posts and weep, i am not there i do not sleep

No scoundrel crew checking in.
But i’d Be lying if I said I wasn’t sorely tempted. Going through this with uni right now being a good looking slightly older guy. Have a girl on Monday I’ll have to set the record straight with if she keeps acting funny.
I have a strict set of rules for my gf that come with being in the no scoundrel crew though and that means I won’t tolerate any of the same bull**** on her side of things.

Lol. I watched this movie a couple of weeks ago. Keanu's acting was laughable at some points, especially when he was screaming at them. I think he gave up half way through the movie. Found some good songs though that I now regularly listen to.

You like chicks too, so the scenario applies to you.
Do you think you would be faithful?
I have a theory nearly all good looking guys will cheat on you (and the ugly ones would too if they could)... the best you Can hope for is to never find out
If I finded out i could deal
I have heard that some people don't like to date really good looking people, or people significantly more attractive then them, because they believe they get so many people flirting with them that they are far more likely to cheat. If You Don't Like To Talk About Your Feelings, This Might Help...
