Ive basically have been day trading the past 5 weeks. The stock market is such a game right now. Sold an option of Dicks Sporting Goods for a grand after I based a thesis of increased guidance based on increase in e-commerce and a summer camping/fishing/boating/home fitness equipment all set to increase. With any other brick and mortar sporting goods stores are probably going out of business. And boom went the dynamite today.

Theres a lot of money in the market right now that is traveling from the stay at home boom stocks into the stocks that have been crushed. Friggen Camping World is up 200%. Google Trends got me in on Peloton early. And that pretty much got me going. With a 120 percent return on investment. It also justified an increase in LuluLemon which I have rid for 80 percent gains. Also Microsoft, Lowes and Chipolte have killed it. 1 in 4 restaurants are going out of business. They will become Chipoltes... with drive through.
This is what I have become without baseball and Colombia. Sigh.Last edited by melanimal_old; 06-05-2020 at 07:02 PM.

Buying Norweigan cruise lines January 21st 2022 call options and hedging by shorting it short term over the next 9 months. I think it will return a good double on investment, with the hedge costing me about half of possible profit. But options with longer expiration dates gain equity before expiration and you can sell them on an up day. And basically rebuy at another price target above and do it with all profits. Then take the original money and put it in Microsoft or Amazon.

Im currently riding Sabre which is the SAAS behind booking websites and airlines/cruises. Very cheap stock at 12 dollars a share, I bought 200 dollars at when it was 6 dollars. Though previously it had 5 straight years as a 30 dollar stock. It will get to 15 by Friday and the options with go up 300 percent. Sabre is basically free money next week. Also Goodyear tires is way too cheap right now. I have also had a small percentage of my portfolio in IheartMedia. Which on Friday rose as much as 25 percent mid day, so I sold half before it fell to up 10 percent. The return of sports will help IheartRadio and their podcasts.
I guarantee you a 20 percent return next week on Sabre, Goodyear and Tenneco.
TSA numbers have doubled this month in passengers and Open tables data shows a 30 percent increase over the past 30 days in people returning to dining out.
People need to be ready for any vaccine news. Because those decimated stocks will regain 75 percent of their value in a week.Last edited by melanimal_old; 06-06-2020 at 03:54 PM.

I put some into GNUS myself. It rode all-time highs last week and then came back down but I think it'll gain traction again upon the release of its TV channel. They're backed by an experienced management team (many of which came from Disney) and already have partnerships with leading media providers like Netflix. Also...pandemic means children need entertainment.

If baseball ends up on some 50 game bullsht schedule I vote we don't even play a fantasy season this year. Why even waste the time on a 4 week regular season or whatever it'd end up as. Double the money for 2021 if these dickheads even play a full season then.
Or if we do play it, money goes to 2021 and the winner gets a pat on the back and a gold participation ribbon. No name in the record books and no official title as champ.Sun Devils - Cardinals - Suns - Dbakes - Yotes

I mean, come on, I barely went to class, and they passed me. It's Arizona [expletive] State!" - Terrell Suggs

All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."
