Always ****ing tired, always having headaches, can't focus on ****, feel lazy at the gym, to lazy to ram GF. Gona have to cold turkey and feel like dying for the next 3 weeks. Any advice on surviving this incoming nightmare?

When I take a break from coffee I buy the coffee flavored Nips to help give me the coffee taste without actual coffee. However coffee doesn't wake me up or anything I drink it for the taste so little different but might help with the mind games.

I switched first to tea, then cut the cups of tea down over about a month. That was 5 years ago and haven't had any since. I recommend it highly because even though I am now 5 years older I feel more energized than ever and never have to worry about balancing out caffeine or interrupted sleep.
Soon you will look down on caffeine addicts with smug disdain, it's a beautiful feeling.
