Always ****ing tired, always having headaches, can't focus on ****, feel lazy at the gym, to lazy to ram GF. Gona have to cold turkey and feel like dying for the next 3 weeks. Any advice on surviving this incoming nightmare?

When I take a break from coffee I buy the coffee flavored Nips to help give me the coffee taste without actual coffee. However coffee doesn't wake me up or anything I drink it for the taste so little different but might help with the mind games.

If you're having issues with just a few cups I would probably say you have a low caffeine tolerance. Avoid it or switch to decaf and see if you feel better.

I just went cold turkey on coffee. I was a 1-2 cup a day drinker but for the last month was up to 3-4. First cold turkey day was fine. Second cold turkey day I felt a mild hungover and grumpy; I had two small cups of soda late in the day. Third and fourth cold turkey day have been fine.

I'd suggest reducing your caffeine intake slowly, but if you do go cold turkey, remember to get adequate sleep and the aftereffects should be reduced

I switched first to tea, then cut the cups of tea down over about a month. That was 5 years ago and haven't had any since. I recommend it highly because even though I am now 5 years older I feel more energized than ever and never have to worry about balancing out caffeine or interrupted sleep.
Soon you will look down on caffeine addicts with smug disdain, it's a beautiful feeling.
