    Preworkout

Looking for a good pre. I like taste a lot and liked bucked up, lit, c4 but like to try new things each time. I’m staying away from creatine for now ( until I’m bald) use to take it a lot and it def sped up my hair loss thanks grandpa lmao. And I workout late most of the time so looking for something not too serious. Saw my Hyde nitro and it had 420 mg of caffeine I think that would be too much lol
Definitely not 48 I’m 21 idk how to change

well pre's with creatine in are idiotic as is. There is no acute effect from it. They're literally just using it as a filler/way to charge more for the pre and the majority won't even dose it properly either.

So how do you prefer to take creatine if you were to take it? HCi? Take pre workout & a protein shake after workout? Just curious, I’ve always thought the pres with creatine were a selling point as well

If you are looking for something creatine-free, check out In-Kaged. Modest does of caffeine at 124mg, 3g of citrulline for pumps, and taurine/tyrosine for focus.

buy basic, creatine mono and take 5g a day....when ever you please. Usually with a meal. Thats all you have to do with creatine.
In fact there is some minor research out there that actually shows a slight benefit from taking it post workout (not necessarily within a time-window, just after you've worked out, evening meal or w/e)

still doesn't make sense to have it in a pre, when the entire point of the pre is to directly improve performance/pump during that specific workout.
Granted if you're prone to forgetting to take it separately, then it can help....but with most pre's you wouldn't be getting enough creatine.

theres no reason to have creatine in a preworkout outside of convenience. Youll pay a bit extra for it, but thats up to the individual on whether or not thats worth it

Two that I definitely enjoy and always help with providing a great training session are P.P.K by Bluestar and White Flash by Controlled Labs.

It's been already said but I'll say it again go with White Flash and from what you said your
looking for you can't go wrong with it and you WON'T need to add anything to it cause it
delivers good smooth energy and pumps but I personally like it best for chest, arms, and
shoulder workouts and when it comes to legs and heavy back days I like something with
a bit more exotics in the mix.

I used White Flash today after not using it for at least a month and I had a superb chest/bicep
workout at 5 a.m. and Cherry Limeade is pretty tasty.

How does White Flood compare to old school Super Pump? I have yet to find a PWO that works as well as Super Pump did for me, despite the pre-workout dump that was necessary.

Anyone? Anyone? I just tried some "Total War" https://www.bodybuilding.com/store/r...total-war.html I've tried everything from Amino Fuel, C4 (all the variations), White Flood, Hyde. They either didn't work or gave me a nauseated feeling, even with less dosing with the formulas that made me nauseous. I guess whatever was in Super Pump 250 was probably banned. Oh well.

If C4 Ultimate did not work for you, then you seriously need a stim break or figure something else out. (Workout playlist, rest/recovery)

It worked from the caffeine perspective, but did not give me the kind of pump I would get from Super Pump 250. What I liked about Super Pump 250 is each rep made my muscles feel like they were being squeezed of fluid, then re-primed. Like I said, I wouldn't be surprised if what made Super Pump 250 effective was removed due to some sort of health concerns.

I've recently switched to Bulkpowders Complete Pre. I tried their regular pre workout and it wasn't great but the complete one is very good.
Good amount of energy from it, don't get too much of an itchy face or tingles compared to other ones like all black everything.
Worth a look and they usually have a sale on.
