I agree that their are radicals on both sides. Tho the pizza shop raised alot of money cuz their being forced to close down really rustled alot of religious peoples jimmies both the poor & the wealthy..
I personally don't believe they should be able to refuse service to anyone since it's discrimination/segregation & we fought to end that back in the 60's but the reason why I think they were within their rights to refuse was because they believe gay marriage is a sin so them sending pizzas to the gay wedding would be seen as supporting it under their gods eyes & would thus condemn them to an eternity in hell. I want rights for everyone & as far as I know no religion says they can't serve LGBT members pizza or whatever at their restaurant & any 'new' ''religion'' (cult) that pops up outta nowhere & tried to preach that wouldn't last long anyway...
I'm BI BTW (:

Bruce Jenner's a transexual and that's completely different from being gay. He has his own set of issues and hardships, but I'm sure he's part of the 1% of the 1%, so I don't pitty him very much.
Most masculine gay men, like myself, fight just like heterosexuals. I've only been in one fight in my life though.

Well, Jim Bob can marry his cousin, depending on what state they live in. However, when faced with an argument, changing the topic to another situatation to prove your point is quite weak. I can unsderstand it in this case though, so if you want to marry your cousin, go ahead, I should not be able to stop you. After all, if the world did really start with only two people, did'nt their children have to procreate to continue the species (and the same situation would apply if you believe in the great flood).

Is there a vast right wring conspiracy?
Ok, I know Hillary got blasted by the media for this back in the 90's, but now that she's running again, its like the right wing is doing everything it can to stick it to her. There are so many scandles and/or conspiracies now, depending on how you look at it. From my vantage point, as a young independent, it almost really does look as though there is some big conspiracy to bring her down. And before you lable me a liberal and dismiss my ideas, think of it this way. This woman has been rocked by four huge media stories this year alone (e-mail gate, bengazhi, state department money, and the rest of it) and has walked away unscathed. Even the right wring fox news conducted a poll on Friday that had her up against her republican oppoents by an average of six (yes six) points, outside the median of error. What gives, it seems like any one of these scandles and/or news stories would have been enough to sink the average candidate. Personally, I feel as though that middle, and defently the left, have turned off anything negative that could come out about her, kinda as though its just all made up. Is that really the kinda campain we are gonna look forward too? I have my choice for 2016, and it is not her, but if after two plus decades of scandles can't derail her, what can?

Roger Ailes.....Faux News.....
"To watch even a day of Fox News – the anger, the bombast, the virulent paranoid streak, the unending appeals to white resentment, the reporting that’s held to the same standard of evidence as a late-October attack ad – is to see a refraction of its founder, one of the most skilled and fearsome operatives in the history of the Republican Party. As a political consultant, Ailes repackaged Richard Nixon for television in 1968, papered over Ronald Reagan’s budding Alzheimer’s in 1984, shamelessly stoked racial fears to elect George H.W. Bush in 1988, and waged a secret campaign on behalf of Big Tobacco to derail health care reform in 1993. "He was the premier guy in the business," says former Reagan campaign manager Ed Rollins. "He was our Michelangelo."

Partisan Divide
Attached is a graphic of the partisan divide in congress over the past half century. Clearly it increased in the 1980's to get where it is today. Discuss, what do you think the cause of this is. I have my own ideas, but nonetheless, the outcome is the same.
Edit, for those that need help, the blue dots are the democrats, red the republicans, and grey the 'super moderates'.

Because, like I said, if it was not some conspiracy, then why would she survive not even one, but all, of these stories? Even one would be enough to bring most politicians down. I just feel somehow that the right wring media is horrified of facing her in the general, and that they are trying to bring her down now. Think about it, why would they want to bring her down in the demo primary, when they could wait to bring all this out when its her standing all on her own against Scott Walker?

Gay Marriage in the US will be decided this Tuesday
The misc has a lot of opinions, and I don't think all of them should be relegated to the religion/politics section, especially when this one is not specifically about either. The options presented above are the same options presented to the nine justices on the supreme court of the united states. How would you vote, and why (yes, justices usually have to give a reason why they voted how they did).
