so far iv been doing 18 different types of workouts for my arms and abs 6 days a week. is it okay for you to take the stuff 6 days a week as well? or should i take the stuff not every day? i try to drink plenty of water as well so the stuff doesn't Thanos my kidneys

Good choice on weight gainers by the way.
So it does not matter how many types of workouts you do as mentioned above. If you want to gain weight then you need to be in a calorie surplus and this weight gainer will help with that.
