What got me more than anything in the commercial was in every example they showed, it was only white men displaying bullying or sexist behavior, and in every instance it was a black man coming to the women's defense.

Fairly certain Schick has lawyers review patent information before releasing new products. And I doubt you can patent a specific number of blades; not for any significant length of time anyway (thankfully).
