We pay taxes in America. The taxes are to be used to benefit Americans.

Lets say you go to a day club in Vegas with 10 friends. Each of you pay in $100 for a tent and service. Your group is allotted $800 for booze and food.

Then three guys you don't know shows up and starts ordering beers and food under the $800 allotted to your group. And then they start telling their relatives to come join, so now you have 8 other people you don't know ordering beers and food using what you and your friends paid for. Pretty soon, the $800 you and your friends paid for is gone and you don't even have a buzz and feel hungry and those people you don't know leave no chits given about buying you a beer or food.

Immigration is fine as long as they assimilate and want to contribute to society. OP, do you really think all immigrants fall into this category? I grew up liking the idea of immigration and thinking it was 100% the way forward. Since moving to London in my early 20's my opinion changed dramatically. I still like the idea of multiculturilism (which is one of the main reasons i came to london) but from moving here it's clear that it needs to be done differently, some cultures who move over here quite clearly do not want to diverse themselves in other cultures. White British people can be racist at times but some of the worse examples i've seen first hand of racism are between two "minorities". Walking down the street in certain area's and being told "you dont belong here" based on my white skin colour in the UK is baffling.

However, each country has its own circular economy, meaning most money flows around the country, and the value of that money is artificially controlled but is also subject to supply and demand.

People do better in a country that has advanced means of making money, but has a small population. That's because people are in shorter supply to serve rich people as employees. So, the rich must pay more and make life easier to support their wage slaves.

If there's a huge population, the value of people goes down and the amount of money that's flowing around decreases. That mans poverty and the uncontrolled desires of rich people get out of hand. They can pay people for anything and many will just give in because they will do anything for money.

So, it benefits the population to support keeping their numbers low.
