If the white house is making plans, its likely that they have insider knowledge about RBG. I had made a thread last November where it was rumored RBG was set to retire in 2019 after falling and breaking ribs. They also broke the story that she had cancer again well before it was made public. RGB will be replaced in the coming weeks.
