So, I have been doing full body workouts for the past 5-6 months on Mon. Wed. Fri., but I think I made the mistake of working all muscle groups every workout. My routine basically went (some variation, but everything included):
Incline Press
Overhead press
Deadlift
Squat
Row
Curl
Lat Pulldown
Leg Press
Fly
Leg raises
This would take around 50 min-1hr. The question is, was I doing too much by doing this workout every time and not splitting it up like in a traditional full body scheme (A,B,A)? And if I choose to keep doing this workout, is twice a week enough instead of three times on a long cut? I've already lowered my sets on the compound movements from 4 to 3.

Working all muscle groups two or three times a week on cut (full body)?

On a 3-day Full body program, you should definitely work all the muscles each workout. It doesn't have to be exactly the same lift each time, and some lifts like deadlift you might want to do only once per week, but you should still work your back in some way each session.
On a cut, you should do the same thing as on a bulk, simply reduce your expectations for gains. No need to reduce your effort. Yeah, it will be harder and maybe tougher to motivate yourself, but the results should be worth it.“Those who can make you believe absurdities, can make you commit atrocities.”

dont change your training too much between bulk and a cut but really i cant grasp how do you do 10 exercises in 50 minutes with proper intensity, i dont know how you train but looking at exercise selections if you do 3 sets of each, and if all these taking less than 1.5 hours , you are doing very low intensity workouts with too little rest in between sets.

No I am, but I am not spending enough time resting. I'm always working to my full intensity, and rest usually from 45-60 seconds. I know, should be longer lmao. Right now at 3 sets per exercise too, and only one rep of curls to failure. Leg raises aren't done in the gym I do them before or after I workout.
