I'm seriously considering this to be a potential unofficial world record in the 400 meter dash at heights less than 6'1 and bodyweights over 210 pounds.
I'm not going to get too far ahead of myself though until I check everything within crossfit and see if anyone can compete.
But based on everything so far why is Rich Froning winning millions of dollars off of his so called " fitness level "? And I have him beat by 7 full seconds in the toughest event in the world, but i'm not? Explain that one to me.
If you can't beat me in the 400 meter dash at a similiar height and body weight then how are you fit? Perfect example as to why every single sport on this planet is a scam.
Twink soccer players are making millions because they can kick a ball accurately. Twink baseball players are making millions because they can throw a ball accurately. Wow. Who cares? Twink hockey players are making millions because they can shoot a puck accurately. Wow who cares? So accuracy makes you an athlete?
Explain your theory. Because video game players are accurate. So does that make video game twinks athletes then too?
Do you call that fitness? So throwing a ball accurately makes you an overall athlete?
Damn I really am just bigger, faster, stronger, and fitter than you all. And there's no sport on this planet that I can channel this into because they are all built to be scams. I should have been awarded 1.3 million dollars just for accomplishing this feat.
So now I just created a new sport. It's called who can run a faster 400 meter dash while being under 6'1 tall and over 210 pounds? If you can beat me then you're the new unofficial world record holder of this new sport I just created.

Here is a direct quote from Tank2003 in his " B.S. Exercise Physiology. Ask me your training questions"
" At my peak, i was 6'2" 243 lbs @ ~13% BF, Max power output: 2250 watts, VO2 Max = 65 mL/(kgmin) *70 mL/(kgmin) is considered elite. i hadn't run at all for almost a year but I am relentless when it comes to pushing myself in the gym or in a competition) "
2250 watts. Tank should easily be able to compete with me based on that 2250 watts. And especially with that 65ml. So let's get tank in here and ask him to run a 400.

Do what? And you're going to need a youtube page to do anything. As of right now seeing that nobody here over 200 will even be able to get anywhere close to 53. We are lowering the standards. I already posted that nobody here can do better than 1:16 at over 210.
If you can beat 1:09 at bodyweights over 200 then post your video.

You know I might admit that this feat wasn't really that great if I were to have found just 1 single freaking decathlete that was under 6'1 tall and over 210 pounds. BUT NO.
It's NOWHERE to be found. I mean my feat might have not seemed that great if we were to have found like 85 decathletes over the past 100 years that were under 6'1 tall and over 210 pounds and running faster than 53. But THERE AREN'T ANY in the past 100 years over 210 pounds and under 6'1.
DENIAL SUCKS! Wow.
You all fail to realize how heavy of a body weight that really is at such a short height and to be running that fast. It's denial at its finest. And yet again the video on youtube has more dislikes than likes because of the twink and geek factor.
All of the twinks and geeks are so pissed and are in such denial of me that it's really pathetic to watch.

Here is a bit of the workout that made me do that 53 second 400. I did one final 4 by 200 meter dash workout EXACTLY 4 days or 96 hours prior to the race.
What's the reasoning for the 96 hours? That's the exact time frame that you want to time it out when going for personal records. It's the exact rest time period that the natural human body requires to allow a full recovery. I did nothing in between that final workout and the race.
Looking at my charts.
Here was that 4 by 200 workout with the times and rest times.
200- 25.32
2:30 rest
200- 26.71
5:00 rest
200- 28.53
2:30 rest
200- 27.00
For a grand total of 1:47.5 in the 800. That's what you go by. The grand total. The goal is reducing the grand total with the same EXACT rest times.
Might not seem like a tough workout. But that's because you're not in it. You don't see it until you're in it. Then once you're in it, you realize it.
The rest times of only 2:30 mins and 5:00 mins are really low for something like this.
I'm even giving you all pointers and I still don't think anyone here can do 1:09 or better at bodyweights over 200.
This isn't the only thing I did to get ready for that 400. Just the workout right before it.
I could provide a full 2 months of exact workouts with exact times and rest times of everything that I did to run that 400 if anyone wants it. Or I could go back 6months. Either one. I have it all written down with as much detail as possible.

The 53.44 was on a friday. The 4 by 200 was on a monday.
Now looking at one week prior to that 53.44 this was the workout I ran on friday a week before I ran that 53.44
This one was a speed workout with full recovery in between. A full recovery only occurs after 20 mins or so. That is the point where almost all lactic acid is reduced and creatine levels in the muscles are returned to normal. That's the point of this workout.
The point of this workout was QUALITY OVER QUANTITY. Meaning I wanted each 100 to be quality.
100- 11.32
22 mins rest
100- 11.53
21 mins rest
100- 11.53 .....................And yes 2 back to back 11.53's. I have no clue how I got the exact same time 21 mins apart.
21 mins rest
100- 12.04
And yet again. Remember. Running an 11.32 in the 100 at 214 pounds body weight AT ONLY 6'0 TALL.
Yet again gives new meaning to my saying.
Bigger, stronger, faster, and HOTTER THAN YOU ALL!
Did you all think I was joking or something with that quote?Last edited by Matt413413; 01-12-2019 at 03:25 AM.
