I'm grateful for...
- working from home so I could elevate my foot all day. Janky ass toe doesn't have my rocking back and forth in pain because of it.
- my prescription was finally fulfilled, a week and a half after it was sent in...
- the DOMs in my chest/shoulders/back. I did a number on myself while not having the ability to do any real compounds.
- the pulled pork quesadillas I made last night for dinner. They were amazing.
- the understanding from a miscer when I fat-fingered a rep into a neg. Subconsciously he probably deserved it though...

I'm grateful for...
- my toe finally starting to feel better. They got my meds situated and I can walk somewhat normal today.
- one more day until a staycation with the family. Going to doing things locally, that we normally wouldn't do, so we don't have the stress of traveling.
- a job that I can wear flip flops to the office (shoes are hurting the toe still) and nobody looks at me crazy.
- the freedom I have in my job to innovate and improve on things/processes with very little push back.
- the chinese we had for dinner last night.

Grateful for:
- my niece passing her RN exam, she's not much younger than me.
- husband picking up steam on beginning his own side business
- two parties this weekend, one is all ladies, the other is at my sister's - I r eat ERRYTHING
Jealous AF. I have to beg, plead and threaten to get anyone to change anything. And then having to listen to grown people whine and deflect from doing their duties... UGH. I wish they'd fire half the bloody company and get more competent people.Thus let me live, unseen, unknown;

Jhawk, haha if you think Salesforce is going to make your life easier.
Go with something more easier to configure - like ServiceNow.Thus let me live, unseen, unknown;

Lol we've been using it for four years now, with nobody taking the lead to better it for us. We have a group of developers on standby and I recently took on the additional responsibilities of being a product owner. It honestly isn't too bad, since it's been highly customized for us.
I'm just wanting to implement some automation for our monitor tracking with their Einstein Predictive, add a shipping integration for our field guys, and a better method for inventory tracking and ordering projections. If you couldnt tell, we dont use SF as most use it.
It isn't going anywhere, so I have to use it and make it work better for us.Grateful Crew - https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=176582681

One thing I learned by working in IT, you should never customize a product that is used for basic, universal, work functions. Studies show it's the number one money wasting error that big companies make.
I like Salesforce, for it's functions. Reporting kinda sucks though. But I read they are buying Tableau, which, in my opinion, is the most intuitive data analytics tool on the market.
Yea, Salesforce would be good for that, again, you'll face some limitations on analytics. Are you guys integrating it with AWS or Boomi?Thus let me live, unseen, unknown;

I'm not IT, and don't 100% know, but I believe AWS. I'm a supply chain manager that wants better visibility with my inventory vs a spreadsheet. I want built in projections vs me manually doing it all. It's something that SF has the capability to do. Yes the reporting can suck (been trying to pull an average monthly usage from a report this week. Enough to piss ya off because it won't average the record count on the only report that pulls the data I need..and all I want is a number on a dashboard) but it does most things we need already and works really well with it (when we went to SF, we were doing everything on Excel), so I try not to complain too much.

- lost 3lbs since getting back on my diet so far. I plan to lose 40lbs before the end of the year which will be a challenge. But, I'm looking foward to all the progress I'm going to make as well as going to the gym to work on my physique.
- meditating everyday now and it makes me happy that I can finally commit to what I need to do to keep my mind focused and clear of any negativity.
- reading a self help book again and will continue to read more throughout the year.Training Log:

you're doing it right. 3 things to enrich your mind, body and soul. I try to do the same everyday and it really makes your life better and more fulfilling. keep it up.
1. vegetable smoothies. great way to get nutrition and to cool off in the summer heat if something is frozen when you blend it
2. Sayulita. going there today to visit, such a cool little beach town
3. audiobooks. it's like reading but still being productive physically if you want...imnoting

- in a really good and positive mood today.
- another day at life. Another chance to make things right with my heart and soul and be a better person than I was yesterday.
- it's a nice summer day. Out in my backyard just taking everything in; nature and animals. Feels so good!
- my diet is getting better. I've already cut out all bad foods and I'm eating the way I should be, the right and clean way. I am good at acclimating back to dieting really quick. Eating healthy is second nature to me. It's never difficult.Training Log:
