Went into the gym tonight after deciding I was going heavy, I attempted to load 650 which is my meet PR @ 218. Well, since I’m a manlet, potato, I misloaded and it was 660.
Since this is a forum for guys that lift weights, ya know...
I’ll add a recent leg pic as soon as my phone stops being a *******.
Edit: pics after the workout,. Not great cuts but getting better.

'Mirin the size of the quads and veins. I don't think you showed them well to see separation. Gotta remove the pants probably and just latch the toes to the floor with a little wider stance, then man spread, cranking the knees apart with toes/heels planted hard, overhead lighting, no flash, maybe from an angle.
At any rate, Damn! and congrats on the PR.Don't put that on me Ricky Bobby, don't you ever put that on me.

Metcons
Told ya we were friends.
Thanks dude...yes they are metcons. I have 3 pair
Thanks dude but what alliance said below, I have a hard time showing it...maybe I just suck lol
Ayyyyyyyyy
I don’t know, I just feel great in them. The sleeves do slide on easier especially since arn has me doing some superset stuff before I squat, I get sweaty a bit which can make them more difficult to pull on.
That and my bro’s need to see glute gainz

Upon further examination.
You didn't break the plane of parallel..
The squat DOESN'T COUNT.
Only a below parallel squat counts.
Powerlifting rule books state that the squat must be convincingly deep.
That was about an inch above parallel. The hip must come down below the knee.
A 1 inch above parallel squat is not convincingly deep. Therefore it doesn't count.
What you need to do is lower the weight and go below parallel.
Over 89 percent of current world records in the squat do not count because they don't break the plane of parallel.
You must break the plane for the squat to count.
I mean powerlifting rule books are a complete contradiction against themselves.
On one hand you have the rules stating that the squat must be convincingly deep, and on the other hand you have over 89 percent of the federations passing off 1 inch above parallel squats as world records.
Do you all need me to roast the powerlifting industry anymore? Because I can make an up close video about this documenting the illogical thought process at work within the powerlifting industry.
Bottomline is that a parallel squat isn't even parallel because there is too much room for error in it.
Either break the plane of parallel and do a " convincingly deep" squat or don't post this video on here and try to pass it off as a legit squat, because it's not.
Also on a side note, notice the angle of your back.
See how it's almost straight up and down? You're a human crow bar. You use leverage to your advantage to deceive and delude others into believing that what you're doing is a feat of strength but in reality you leveraged it up.
There's a reason why you're 216 pounds and why i'm 257 to 262.
Plus my quads are bigger than yours. Meaning I have more muscle mass than you do.

Great. Two can play at this game.

Yeah that's me and so is the video above. What's your point? Was there a point you were trying to make here by screen capturing a natural that's not flexing but just walking around in the gym?
Explain your logic to me. Because the above video pretty much destroys any logic you thought you had.

My stomach is currently 39inches. You have to eat to fuel the body. Why make the one part on your body that fuels everything else weaker and smaller? You need a huge stomach to fuel everything. You're a part of the deluded abs crowd that thinks having paper thin abs is a sign of fitness and strength.
Abs are a scam.
So basically what you're trying to say is that reducing overall body weight and strength just to get one stupid body part good is justified? Yeah make 1 percent of your body have visible muscle and then in the process make the other 99 percent of it weaker and smaller overall just to get those abs visible. Yeah makes sense to me.
Keep thinking that.
I'm about a billion times the athlete that you will ever be.

It's not a novel. It's called i'm better than you all at everything. Including typing. I currently type over 130 words per minute of my own typing. And around 85 words per minute with no mistakes of text that isn't my wording.
So if you think I spend all day typing this then think again. You're not wasting my time. Everything that I type only takes a few mins to do or less.
